Bridge Street Elementary School
Paraeducator – Preschool (1)
Full-time 32.50 hours per week
Monday through Friday from 7:25 a.m. – 2:25 p.m.
Hourly Pay Rate: $23.04 - $29.07 based on experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Associates’ degree or its equivalent: ParaPro or similar assessment program certificate, or 48 hours college credits preferred.
Professional development as required.
Experience working with young children.

Full benefits and privileges are consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Paraeducator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
